RETURN POLICY

CREDIT NOTES
 

Exchange and/or returns merchandise must be in their original condition with their original tags attached to them.

They may be returned within 10 days of purchase in exchange for a credit note only. This credit note may be used online or at the store for up to 6 months.

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. NOIRO takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable or credited.

REFUND POLICY
 

We are only eligible of a full refund in these two cases:

- Defected items.

- Mistake in your order.

NOIRO reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements once assessed.
